What equipment are you sending in for repair?
I understand that Astro-Physics incurs cost to evaluate my problem and a minimum $45 evaluation fee will be due if no problem is found. There is no evaluation fee if a problem is confirmed and repaired or if the problem is repaired under warranty.
I understand that Astro-Physics will charge a minimum of $350 if telescope optics are sent in with a repair. If the problem is covered under optics warranty, there will be no charge.
