Audubon owns the intellectual property rights associated with Audubon’s North American Grasslands and Birds report and Audubon's Birds and Climate Change report from 2014 and 2019 including the trademarks NATIONAL AUDUBON SOCIETY and AUDUBON (“Audubon Marks”).
