Ausome athletes are looking for a buddy to spend each week with them at the MultiSport Mentorship Program starting in January. Ausome athletes will get the most out of the mentorship if they can develop relationships with their volunteer each week. If you are only able to attend some of the days we do understand, however, it would be AMAZING if you could join us every week of this 10 week program.

Multisport Legends Mentorship program in association with Jake's House. Volunteers from Jake's House and Ausome Ottawa will join Ausome athletes each week to build connections, share experiences and guide them through a variety of sports. The goal of this program is for the mentor and mentee to develop a relationship and a bond by participating in activities together.
Each week Ausome athletes will run through different sports and active games with their mentor. Expect basketball, soccer, basic fitness and obstacle courses! Drills and activities can be modified to match the skill of your Ausome athlete. In this program we are all about being active, building relationships and having fun! The Jake's House Legends Mentoring Program is funded by the Province of Ontario.
