Tryouts for for Level 1 are on Sunday 7th of December from 3 - 3.45pm. Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes before you allotted time.

- Forwards Roll, Backwards roll.
- Handstand, Handstand forwards roll, Handstand into bridge.
- Push up bridge, Standing bridge, Bridge kickover.
- Cartwheel.
- Front walkover, Back Walkover.
Running Tumbling
- Cartwheel
- Front Walkover
- Round off
- Connected skills front walkover/cartwheel/back walkover.
