Annual Contractor License Renewal Notification Form
The City of Asheville Development Services Department (DSD) database does not connect to the state license database.

You must let DSD know when a license has been renewed or access to DSD's online services will be suspended on December 31st. You will not be able to schedule inspections or request stand alone permits until our system is updated. Please use this form to update your information.

All licenses issued by the North Carolina Licensing Board for General Contractors and the State Board of Examiners of Plumbing, Heating and Fire Sprinkler Contractors expire on December 31st.
