  • Welcome to the City of Asheville's Development Services Department (DSD) online resubmittal form.

    Use this form to submit response to comments, amendments, and/or revisions for all existing permits applications.

    For response-to-comments and revised plans: Submit full plan sets for individual disciplines that require corrections, including sheets and documents that were not changed. All changes must be clouded, identified by number with a triangle ("delta’d") and submitted in the same format and scale as the original submission. Piece-meal revisions will not be accepted for review.

    There is a 100 MB maximum per individual files. Ensure .PDF files are unlocked and flattened to allow for mark-ups, file combining and processing. 

    Tip: Desktop software, like Adobe Acrobat, or free online programs, like www.ilovepdf.com, are helpful for converting documents to .PDF, merging individual pages into one .PDF document, and organizing .PDF pages.
