Booth fees are $30.00 for a 10’X10’ space. Most spaces are under the bleachers and are shaded. You are responsible for supplying your own tables, chairs, and sunshades if needed. You are responsible for your own setup and take down. Registrations and fee are due by Monday, August 12, 2019. For consideration after the due date, contact Clarissa Farris at 317-213-6006 or
firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make checks payable to “Avon Marching Black and Gold.” Vendor space is limited and space will be assigned when your registration and payment are received. We reserve the right to refuse items considered inappropriate to the venue.
I have read this registration and the accompanying information. I hereby agree that if my business is accepted to participate, I will abide by all rules, regulations and requirements. It is further understood that the booth fees are non-refundable, even if my business drops out before the event or in case of inclement weather.
