I/We, confirm and acknowledge that:-
(a) I/We can read and understand English.
(b) All legal fees, GST, stamp duty or other taxation, wills and planning, vendor Statement, property zoning and planning, buildings or any other advice that may at any time be deemed to be legal advice, can only and will only be given through the retained Legal Practitioner (or your own appointed accountant or legal practitioner) by way of a formal written request or an appointment in writing and upon entering a written agreement for the payment of any appropriate legal and other fees for such advice or through a qualified accountant or other appropriate professional person.
(c) All legal work which is carried out and all legal documents which are prepared is carried out or prepared by or at the direction of the retained legal practitioner.
(d) I/We will exercise all possible diligence in relation to all transactions, inspections and documents.
(e) I/We have carefully read and understood all the documents in relation to all transactions.
(f) It is my/our sole responsibility to comply with all terms, conditions and time limits contained in any documents and to personally ensure that all time limits are met and that any extensions of time limits are obtained where necessary to protect my/our rights under any contract.
(g) Any contract signed by me/us cannot be amended.
(h) All documents remain confidential and the sole property of Orbit Solution (Aust) Pty Ltd . Your phone number, address name and email address may be accessed by our team.
(i) Orbit Solution (Aust) Pty Ltd does not receive or pay commissions to referring clients or industry associates, however, they may thank their clients or other referrers for recommending them by providing small gifts or discounted conveyancing fees.Orbit Solution (Aust) Pty Ltd may receive clients from a recommendation from another service provider and lead fees may be payable by receiving the referral.
I irrevocably appoint Orbit Solution (Aust) Pty Ltd my agent for the purposes of completing this conveyancing transaction and directing all payments and I charge the property as security for all fees. I/ we acknowledge receipt of a costs disclosure as required by the Conveyancers Act 2006.
