AZ: Sexual Abuse Prevention Training

We appreciate you for taking the time to learn about your responsibilities. This web-based training is presented by The Apostolic Assembly District of Arizona. The cost for this seminar is $20.00.

This training will take approximately 3 hours. Unfortunately, you will not be able to save your progress during this training so please plan to complete it all in one sitting.

Upon completion, you will receive a copy of the completed training and a Certificate via email. Please save your certificate.

Please know that a Certificate of completion for the web-based training, "AZ: Sexual Abuse Prevention Seminar" is to be submitted by an applicant upon registration for each camp and will expire annually on December 31.

You must score 80% on the test to pass, but you will have unlimited attempts to pass and officially complete the training module.

Upon passing the test you will receive a Certificate of Completion for the web-based training, "AZ: Sexual Abuse Prevention Seminar." The certificate will be sent to your email and available to download as a PDF.
