If you are attending All the days, you can only fill up that column and pay accordingly, you do not need to specify each and every day separately. Note that there is only 1 column for Veg/Non-Veg, and so if you chose NV we will take into account NV for all the days you are attending. However, if you have specific choices for specific days, please mention it in the Additional information/queries section at the end of this form.*

Please note that

1. The division of Members and Non-members is only for 18+ age category and not for any other age categories. Kindly check the relevant amount from the list above before paying.

2. Friday event is for MEMBERS and their immediate family ONLY.

3. Saturday and Sunday events are OPEN TO ALL (Both Members and Non-members)

4. Saturday event: PAID REGISTRATION ONLY and includes participation in all the activities for FULL DAY.

5. Sunday event: Although is ENTRY FREE during the daytime (upto 1800) but the DINNER is by PAID REGISTRATION ONLY.

6. All the days mean

FRI (Dinner) + SAT (Lunch, Snacks, Dinner) + SUN (Dinner) : Members and their immediate family members

SAT (Lunch, Snacks, Dinner) + SUN (Dinner) : Non-members

7. The participatory contribution/chanda covers everything except Sunday Lunch (OPEN DAY) that one has to buy from the food stalls.
Pay your participatory contribution by 5.10.2024. Kindly also share your payment receipt if possible, to the BAF treasurer at treasurer@bafin.fi.
