    • This event will be held in the presence of Param Pujya Mahant Swami Maharaj on Thursday 24 September 2026 at London Mandir.
    • THE PROGRAMME IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
    • Only bāl-bālikās and kishore-kishoris who have passed the full 315 Satsang Diksha Mukhpāth test will be allowed to participate on the day.
    • Parents/Guardians are requested to complete the form below on behalf of their bālak/bālikā/kishore/kishori.
    • At least one parent/guardian of the vidvān/vidushi are required to register and accompany their child for all sessions in the day.
    • If there are more than one vidvāns/vidushis arriving from the same family, then the form should be submitted for each individual vidvān/vidhushis. For example if there are two vidvāns, then there should be two separate submissions.

  • Due to limited seating capacity in the Haveli, only a maximum of three family members (including the parents/guardians but not the vidvān/vidushi) will be allowed to sit in the Haveli. Any further additional family members on top of the three will need to be seated in the overflow seating area.

    Depending on the circumstances and seating availability, they may be allowed into the Haveli, but this is not guaranteed.

    For those to be seated in the Haveli, i.e. the vidvān/vidushi and up to three family members, a wristband will be given, which must be shown to the karyakars to be let in.

    I am aware that the Programme is subject to change at any time.

    I acknowledge that my child must complete the test for all 315 shloks in order to receive the costume and attend the Sanman Mahotsav session events and that no priority or special arrangements will be made if my child has not passed the full 315 test.

    I acknowledge that at least one parent/guardian must accompany the child throughout the event.

    I acknowledge that a maximum of 3 family members, including parents and guardians can, accompany the child on the day.

    I acknowledge that by submitting this form, my child is not guaranteed labh or participation in the event.

  • Activity Disclaimer

    I {parentguardianFull} the parent/guardian of the child under the age of 18 specified above (the ‘Person(s)’) who wishes to take part in the Sanman Mahotsav 2026 (the ‘Activity’) being held in Neasden Temple on Thursday 24 September 2026. I confirm that my child {vidvansFull} take(s) part in the Activity with my consent, and that there is no medical, health or other reason why such Person(s) should not participate in the Activity. In consideration of BAPS facilitating the Activity, I accept that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, BAPS shall not be liable (whether in contract, tort, negligence, for breach of statutory duty, or otherwise) for any accident, injury, loss, damage or other liability however caused (together ‘Liability’) to, by, or in any way related to, such Person(s) as a (direct or indirect) consequence of, or in connection with, the Activity. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby discharge BAPS from such Liability and agree to indemnify and hold BAPS harmless in connection with, and from and against, any such Liability. ‘BAPS’ means Bochasanwasi Shri Akshar Purushottam Swaminarayan Sanstha and all associated trusts and entities and representatives and volunteers thereof. As well as holding Personal Data submitted in this form in an electronic format we may also hold such data in a manual filing system.
