Payment: Payment must be submitted with this form. All fees are non-refundable.

Arrival Time: 08:30 AM -10:30 AM (No vendor entry will be allowed after 10:30 AM)

Set Up: Vendors should be completely set up by 12:00.

Event Start Time: 1:00 PM

Note:
1. Please note that you are responsible for providing your own tables, chairs, setup necessities, etc.
2. You must be an APPROVED LICENSED vendor to sell items with Benedict's branding.
3. No glass items are allowed.
4. No alcohol allowed on campus.
You will receive a confirmation email once the form is submitted.

Participation Agreement: The vendor named above agrees to participate during the Annual BC Family Reunion Block Party. I understand that once I sign this agreement, my booth fees will not be refunded if I am unable to participate.
I Full Name understand that vendor arrival time is from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM. I understand that I need to unload and unhitch my vehicle immediately and move it to the parking garage so the next vendor can setup. IFull Name understand I will not be able to enter after 10:30 AM and should be completly setup by 12:00 PM.
