BDNA 2026/27 Winter League Entry Form

It is a condition of entry that all clubs agree to abide by the rules and constitution of the BDNA and that each club is responsible for their own first aid arrangements.

Under BDNA Conditions of Play 11.0, 11.1, 11.2 & 11.3, it is the responsibility of all teams to provide an umpire of suitable qualification for all League matches. Failure to do so will constitute a cancelled game with its related fines and penalties (see also Conditions of Play 6.4).

Please note, there is an uneven split in terms of teams playing their home games at 7:30pm v 8:30pm. Please be advised that if you opt to play your home games at 7:30pm, you may encounter difficulties booking a court at BSV (especially on Monday and Thursday evenings.)

Did your team participate in Winter League 2025/26?

Please note: if you are a new team or your team DID NOT participate in the 2025/26 Winter League, your team may need to be assessed.

The assessment date for Winter League 2026/27 will be week commencing Monday 15th June 2026 and your team must be available to play on the designated date in this week in order to be accepted into the Winter 2026/27 League (you will be contacted to discuss this once your entry form is submitted).

Please ensure this form is submitted by Sunday 31st May 2026 at the very latest.
The entry fee of £45, which includes initial registrations is also due by Sunday 31st May 2026.

An entry will only be considered complete when an entry form has been submitted AND payment has been made by the above deadline.
