• 10th Annual Street Fest Vendor Application

    We are pleased to announce the 10th Annual Bates-Hendricks Street Fest on Lincoln Street and New Jersey Street from 3-8pm on Saturday, September 12th, 2026! Street Fest is a neighborhood-focused event that promotes a better sense of community by coordinating a free and low-cost family-friendly festival open to the public. For those of you who helped make last year’s event a success, we sincerely thank you. To our new prospective partners, we are excited to share our passion for community engagement and inclusivity with you this year! The event will feature local vendors, live music, community booths, food trucks, and local beer. All proceeds of Street Fest are donated to support IPS School 31, SENSE Charter School, and the Bates-Hendricks Neighborhood Association.
  • Thank you for your interest in being a vendor for the 10th Annual Street Fest! This year, we will start using a juried format to continue to enhance the event experience for all parties involved. This will be done on a rolling basis to ensure vendors have as much time as possible to prepare for the event.

    Please read the information below in its entirety and submit the following details to request your spot as a vendor. You will receive an email confirmation upon succesful submission. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting the event organizers.  

    Registration is first come after approval, first serve with limited spots per vendor type.

    If a vendor type you are seeking is sold out, please contact events@bateshendricks.org to be added to a waitlist. 

    Vendor Details and Eligibility

    If selected, vendors selling goods, food, or representing a political party will be required to submit a payment within a week of recieving an acceptance email. Any vendors that represent a community group, resource, or not-for-profit (such as fire, police, etc.) are welcome to have a standard booth at no cost. Please note that any "direct sales" related vendors (companies such as LulaRoe, Amway, Young Living, etc.) can not be accepted as vendors at this time. Any realtors, insurance & financial service agents, etc. interested in having a booth are not eligible for a vendor booth but can have a booth as an event sponsor.     Vendor Booth Sizes

     New Jersey Street- Small Goods Vendors - 10' x 10'.
    Lincoln Lane- Large Goods Vendors & Sponsors - 20' x 12'.
    Lincoln Lane- Food & Beverage- 14' x 14'

    Spots may include additional space to either side come event day.

  • The Bates-Hendricks Neighborhood Association Board and Events Committee reserve the right to exclude any party they deem unsuitable for this event.

  • Vendor Details (Non-Food & Beer)

    • All vendors will be listed and advertised on the Street Fest Facebook event and event webpage using the details provided in this form.
    • Goods vendors  and community partners will be provided with a 10' x 10' booth space on New Jersey Street
      • Goods vendors and community partners will not be assigned a spot in advance. The spots will be assigned by time of arrival starting with the Southern-most spots on New Jersey Street.
    • Large goods vendors will be provided with a ~20x12 booth space on Lincoln Street.
      • Large goods vendors will contact the events team at events@bateshendricks.org if their booth will exceed the provided size. 
      • Large goods vendors will have an assigned spot provided to them in advance on Lincoln Street. 
    • Vendors will provide their own tables, chairs, tents, and signage for the event.
    • Vendor setup will begin at will begin at noon and vehicular traffic inside the event space will end at 1:00pm.
    • Please expect the following for event setup:
      • Goods vendors and community partners- Will arrive on the North side of New Jersey St via Terrace ave. 
        • A volunteer will assign you to a booth upon your arrival.
        • You will drive to your booth and unload your vehicle to the sidewalk by your booth. Volunteers will be floating to assist and watch over your items. 
        • Once items are removed from your vehicle, you will move your vehicle to the parking lot by driving South on New Jersey, and East on Lincoln to exit the event space.
        • Tents, large structures, and items that need to be placed closest into the road will refrain from being moved into place until the road is cleared of vehicular traffic at ~1:15pm.
        • If you arrive after 1:00pm, you will not be allowed to drive any vehicles into the event space and will be asked to unload at the North end of New Jersey Street. 
      • Large goods vendors- Will arrive on the West side of Lincoln via Alabama st. 
        • You will be assigned a spot in advance.
        • Upon arrival, you will drive to your spot on Lincoln street and unload your items to the sidewalk or your space. 
        • Any vehicle that is not a part of your booth will be moved from the event space by 1:00pm.
        • Tents, large structures, and items that need to be placed closest into the road will refrain from being moved into place until the road is cleared of vehicular traffic at ~1:15pm.
    • Vendors must be fully set up by 2:45 pm and stay for the full duration of the event. Vendors may begin teardown at 8:00 pm and vehicles will not be allowed on event roads until 8:20pm.
    • Please expect the following during event tear down:
      • Upon the events end, please tear down any large structures such as tents first and move all tables, items, and displays onto or next to the sidewalk.
      • Your vehicle will enter at the same location you entered for setup
        • Standard Vendors will arrrive at the North side of New Jersey St via Terrace ave
        • Large Vendors will arrive on the West side of Lincoln via Alabama st.
      • Traffic will only be allowed to drive South on New Jersey Street and East on Lincoln Street. 
      • Please be patient and safe during tear down. We encourage you to bring a headlamp or flashlight as it will get dark near the events end. 
    • Specific booths can not be requested at this time. If you require accommodations for a medical reason, please reach out to events@bateshendricks.org.
    • Vendors must provide their own appropriate permitting, licenses, and insurance coverage for the event.
    • Vendors must agree to follow any Marion County event guidelines and regulations in place at the time of the event.

    Food & Beer Vendor Details

    • All food and drink vendors will have their logo featured on event marketing.
    • Food & Beer vendors are specified as vendors who are actively selling items to be consumed at the event. Any vendors looking to sell packaged food items can register as a goods vendor. 
    • Food & Beer vendors must be a licensed retail establishment or approved concession trailer and have a certified food handler.
    • Food & Beer vendors will be provided with a 14x14 booth space on Lincoln Street.
      • Food & Beer vendors will contact the events team at events@bateshendricks.org if their booth will exceed the provided size.
      • Food & Beer vendors will have an assigned spot provided to them in advance on Lincoln Street.  
    • Food & Beer vendor registration will be offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. 
    • Food & Beer Vendors will provide their own accomodations and signage for the event.
    • Food & Beer Vendor setup will begin at will begin at noon and vehicular traffic inside the event space will end at 1:00pm.
    • Please expect the following for event setup:
      • You Will arrive on the West side of Lincoln via Alabama st.
        You will be assigned a spot in advance.
      • Upon arrival, you will drive to your spot on Lincoln street and unload your items to the sidewalk or your space. (We recommend Beer vendors arrive closer to 1:00pm)
      • Any vehicle that is not a part of your booth will be moved from the event space by 1:00pm.
      • Tents, large structures, and items that need to be placed closest into the road will refrain from being moved into place until the road is cleared of vehicular traffic at ~1:15pm.
