Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the 2026 BIG HBCU Southern Classic Battle of the Bands, taking place on Saturday, January 24, 2026, at Bojangles Coliseum in Charlotte, North Carolina. To apply, please complete the vendor registration form below. If your application is approved, you will receive a follow-up email with instructions on how to secure your vendor space.
Vendor Pricing & Categories
Fan Fest (Outdoors):
$450 – Food trucks / Hot food vendors
$250 – Merchandise, Services, Non-hot food, Tent or Table setup, etc.
All food truck/mobile units are $450 due to limited truck space, even if only selling drinks or non-hot food.

Battle of the Bands (Inside Stadium):
$500 – Merchandise vendors only (no food or drinks allowed to vend inside the stadium)
