This Checklist ensures the forklift is: 

• Safe to use
• Capable of doing the job

How to use:

1. Frequency - Weekly before using the forklift for general work
2. The Person doing the check must record the inspection date and their name
3. DO NOT OPERATE if a fault is found that affects the safe operation of the forklift
4. Remove the Forklift key and inform your team leader of the fault
5. DO NOT use the forklift until the fault is rectified and signed off by the team leader
