with sole responsibility and in knowledge of the current regulations on data protection declares that:
1. I am the legal guardian or parent and have parental responsibility for the minor Athlete who will participate in HaBaWaBa Spain 2026 event.
2. The minor athlete is in perfect physical and mental condition and as his/her guardian I have the responsibility to inform the organizer if during the event his/her health condition deteriorates and does not allow him/her to participate in the sport activities.
3. I am aware that the responsibility for the care and protection of the minor athlete lies solely with the accompanying persons of the Club, who know and accept this. I accept that the organizer BIWPA, S.L. has no responsibility for athlete injuries, damage to the residence or facilities during the event that may occur due to actions or negligence of the minor athlete. In that case, I will assume the responsibility to restore the damages and/or pay any compensation that may occur.
4. With my signature I authorize BIWPA, S.L. the exclusive use and exploitation of images, photos and videos taken during the event and / or its ancillary activities in cooperation with other organizations. The use of the above mentioned images, photos and videos, in a manner that insults the personal dignity and decency of the persons photographed in them is strongly prohibited. The use, promotion and exhibition of photos and videos is free of charge and the exclusive right of use belongs to BIWPA, S.L. which may transfer them to its official partners without prior authorization and/or approval.
5. I declare that all athletes members of the registered team are registered with the Club and have federal license that entitles them to medical coverage in case of injury during the event.
6. I declare to accept that BIWPA, S.L. reserves the right to exclude individual athletes or the entire team if any of the conditions or terms are not respected.
7. For any dispute related to HaBaWaBa Spain, the validity of interpretation and effect of this document between BIWPA, S.L and / or participants in HaBaWaBa Spain (athletes, team leaders, family members and guardians, such as damage to persons and / or property within the accommodation and event facilities, but not limited to that), will be the Spanish courts and the law that have exclusive jurisdiction.
