Participant BBQ: 5:00-6:30 pm

Community Info Fair: 4:30-6:15 pm

Opening Ceremonies and Parade of Athletes: 6:45 pm

Olympic Competition: 7:00-9:00 pm

Awards Ceremony: 9:15-9:30 pm

Participation Fee: $200 + GST per team of 8 (+ 2 alternates)

Teams are not considered registered until participation fee is received and the team waiver form is submitted with signatures from all participants. Payment must be received by May 15, 2026. Contact karen@bllha.ca for payment arrangements.

Once registration is submitted, a copy of the rules & regulations as well as a team waiver form will be sent to you via email.

Please have each team member sign the waiver and email a completed copy to info@bllha.ca no later than May 15, 2026.
All team members are 18 years of age or older, and I understand that my team may not participate until the team waiver is properly signed and sent to BLLHA, and the team registration fee is paid.
Additional BBQ tickets to purchase ($7 per ticket). Each team member receives free entry. Total additional tickets will be added to the team registration fee invoice.
