We need first-aiders to be onsite for this event. For individuals who carry current first-aid certification, please let us know, as you can be on the first-aid list while volunteering in any other volunteer role. If you have first aid, please check the box below.

If you would like to volunteer but don't have a position in mind, consider choosing the "General" option to be assigned a role on arrival. This is helpful for event organizers if there are gaps in volunteer positions. Check both time slots if you want to stay for the entire event.

Responsibilities include greeting teams, volunteers and guests, and guiding them to registration, photo booth, and bbq areas. Includes registration table, ticket sales, and buffet support, as needed.

Responsibilities include receiving and setting up food for the buffet, food station management, including serving food where needed, waste diversion, restocking, and tearing down.

This includes packaging leftover food for donation and collecting and returning service items at the direction of the Buffet Team Lead. Food rescue duties include coordination and transportation of leftover food items to the Banff Food Rescue.

Responsibilities include guiding volunteers and teams through the registration process, distributing volunteer t-shirts and team swag bags, providing instructions and directions, and supporting the team coordinators. Post-registration, the team coordinators and Parade of Athletes organizer will be responsible for organizing the teams and various officials for the opening ceremonies and parade of athletes.

All positions will report to a Signature Event Head Judge, or the Event Coordinator (Melanie Brehon - BLLHA).
