RULES AND REGULATIONS

a) Fees for tuition and material are payable in advance before commencement of class.
b) Student enrolled will need to be a member of Alliance Française de Brunei Darussalam (AFBD). Membership fees of BND30 will be for the first time deducted from the first payment. Membership applies for one year from the date of first enrolment.
c) Payment from the first day of the session (private classes package or group class monthly fees) is required before attending the first class.
d) AFBD reserves the right to cancel a class, and to cancel or postpone a course whose minimum number of students is not attained.
e) No refunds or credits will be made for partial, discontinued or interrupted attendance of course. Withdrawal and cancellation of class notice is required at least 24 hours in advance.
f) AFBD reserves the right to discontinue a student on account of misconduct or unruly behaviour.
g) AFBD, while committed to providing a safe environment, does not accept liability for loss of property or personal injury in the premises.
Important: Please be informed that all courses required a minimum number of regisrations in order to be run. In the case that you have registered and payment has been made for a programme where the minimum registration is not fulfilled, we will inform accordingly and full reimbursement will be made.
