My Name is Nikaya I am the owner of BOSS BEAUTY®️ by Nikaya ! I am honored you chose me to take care of your extension transformation !

The first step in your extension journey is for us to get to know each other a little better . The more information I have about you, your lifestyle, home care routine, hair goals etc., - the better I will be able to meet ( and exceed) your expectations.

The more you know about my process- onboarding policies, expectations - the less overwhelming ( and stressful) the consultation will be .

Time to complete: This form will take approximately 15 minutes. Please answer thoughtfully — your honesty allows me to provide the safest, most beautiful, and seamless result possible. please be sure you have dedicated time set aside before starting. I always try to make working with me low pressure - so if you need to come back later - there is no pressure to start right away .

Consultation & booking: All consultations are $50, full appointments require $500 booking fee - both payable at the time of booking.

At your consultation we will discuss your full hair plan / time needed / pricing/ aftercare etc . If you choose to book your appointment with Nikaya the $50 consultation fee will be applied to your service total .

One guest per session : Each transformation is reserved exclusively for one guest per session . This ensures an unhurried, private, and truly personalized experience.

Complimentary refreshments: During your appointment, you’ll enjoy beverages, light snacks, and a catered lunch - every detail is designed specifically to make your visit relaxing and indulgent.

No gratuity: Gratuity is not expected - Your trust, satisfaction, and referrals are the greatest compliment I can receive.

These photos must be taken an indirect light( think of your house near a window, but without the rays hitting you). Consultation & Hair Condition Acknowledgment
I understand that to proceed with my consultation, I must arrive with my hair in its current state, length, and color, as these will be used to determine the best match for my extensions. Any changes in hair length or color between the consultation and the installation may result in a change in pricing or the cancellation of the appointment.

Media Release
I hereby grant Nikaya Warner AKA Hair By Nikaya permission to use my likeness in photographs, videos, or other digital media for promotional purposes, including web and social media publications. This primarily includes before-and-after photographs that may show my face. If I am not comfortable having my face shown on social media, only the back of my hair and the extension work may be published
