Here at Boateng Quality Care inc we pride ourselves in the quality work we provide our clients. We understand that every home has different needs and all needs should not be looked at the same. This is why we ask that you fill out this detailed form to help us understand the services you require better or book a cleaning consultation. Please be aware of these non-negotiable requirements before you preceed

A non-negotiable $50 -$200 deposit is required upon booking services (amount is dependant on type of service and price). This secures your appointment date and allows for any additional preperations to be made. This fee will be applied towards any payments owed/balance.

After this form is filled out and before any services can begin all of our client's are required to sign an agreement form.

What is an agreement form?

We at Boateng Quality Care Inc. are not simply individuals but professionals working for a company that is licensed, bonded and insured, providing you a high quality cleaning experience.

This is done to protect you, your items in your home, our employees and us as a company. You won't be responsible for our equipment or injuries that could possibly happen on your property. You will however be liable for any unpaid services/invoices, harassment or violence.
