Clubs are to submit by 12 Noon, Thursday 22nd August a nomination for the annual BWHA Best Senior Club Award.
Clubs are to detail their performance and numbers as per the questions below.
To be eligible for this award, all questions must be completed.

(1) BWHA Best Senior Club Shield
The nomination is to be completed on the online nomination form provided.
Clubs will have to detail their performance and numbers in the following areas:
· Number of Club Members this year vs last year
· Number of Club Teams competing in the current year vs last year
· Competitions teams compete in ie drop down list of BWHA competitions.
· Number of Accredited Club Umpires (Must be members of your club)
· Number of Umpires assessed in the year
· Number of Accredited Coaches
· Number of Coaches assessed in the year
· Number of Accredited Technical Officers
· Number of Technical Officers assessed in the year
· Number of Development Programs run within the club (provide evidence)
· Number of members on the BWHA Board, positions or committees
· Attendance at Working Bee
· Completion of Duty Rosters
· Financial with BWHA, paying invoices on time.
A small replica shall be presented and be retained by the winning Club.
