If you are registering for Drop-In Classes or a 4-Week Class Package, please select the class dates you wish to attend at the time of registration. Enrollment is available on a first-come, first-served basis and class availability is not guaranteed until registration is confirmed.Any requests to change selected class dates must be submitted in advance and approved by the Buffalo Events Burlesque Academy team. Date changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Student Terms & Conditions
By registering for and participating in any class, workshop, rehearsal, performance, or event offered by Buffalo Events Burlesque Academy ("Academy"), you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility
Students must be 18 years of age or older unless otherwise approved by the Academy.

2. Registration & Payment
Full payment is required to secure enrollment unless other arrangements have been approved.
All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless a class or event is canceled by the Academy.
3. Attendance
Students are expected to arrive on time and participate respectfully.
Missed classes, workshops, or rehearsals are not eligible for refunds or credits.
4. Health & Safety
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
Students are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate and must inform instructors of any relevant health concerns.
5. Code of Conduct
Buffalo Events Burlesque Academy is committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment. Harassment, discrimination, bullying, disruptive behavior, or intoxication will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal without refund.

6. Photography & Media
Classes, rehearsals, performances, and events may be photographed or recorded. By participating, you grant the Academy permission to use images or recordings for promotional and marketing purposes unless you provide written notice opting out.

7. Liability Waiver
Students understand that dance, movement, and performance activities involve inherent risks of injury. By participating, you assume all risks associated with these activities and release Buffalo Events Burlesque Academy, its instructors, staff, volunteers, and venues from liability for any injury, loss, or damage, except where prohibited by law.

8. Personal Property
The Academy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

9. Policy Updates
The Academy reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
