Street Fair Registration 2026
  • Street Fair Registration

    2026 Grand Old 4th
  • The Grand Old 4th Street Fair is a family-friendly community celebration featuring local businesses, nonprofits, food vendors, artisans, and informational booths. Close to 100 vendor booths line the Town & Country parking lot and Bjune Drive from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM as part of Bainbridge Island’s annual Grand Old 4th festivities.

The Street Fair brings together neighbors, families, and visitors for a lively day of food, entertainment, community organizations, and local businesses.

We are excited to welcome vendors who help make this event vibrant and engaging for the entire community.

Please review the information below before completing registration to ensure your booth setup aligns with event guidelines.

Additional day-of details, including load-in times and event logistics, will be sent to registered vendors closer to July 4.

***Waterfront Park activities are now part of the Family Fun Zone.

Vendors interested in participating in this area should contact us for a separate registration form and pricing.

    Registration closes Friday, May 22

Registrations submitted after May 22 will be subject to a $50 late fee and are dependent on space and placement availability.

  • Vendor Booth Options & Pricing

  • The Street Fair offers booth spaces in 10'×10' and 10'×20' footprints, with options for standard placement, premium placement, nonprofit vendors, and oversized setups.

Family Fun Zone participants are located in Waterfront Park and require a separate registration; they are not included in Standard or Premium Street Fair booth selections.

Premium booths are located in the Town & Country parking lot, which typically receives the highest volume of foot traffic during the event. These spaces are limited.

Vendors whose setup exceeds a standard 10'×10' or 10'×20' footprint must apply for an Oversized Booth Space and provide additional details about their layout and equipment so the planning team can determine space requirements.

    Booth Pricing

    10'×10' Booth Spaces
    Nonprofit: $350
    For-Profit: $400
    Premium Nonprofit: $450
    Premium For-Profit: $500

    10'×20' Booth Spaces
    Nonprofit: $550
    For-Profit: $600
    Premium Nonprofit: $650
    Premium For-Profit: $700

    Oversized Booth Spaces
Vendors requesting space larger than a standard footprint must select the Oversized Booth option and provide details about their setup. Oversized booths require review due to layout and space planning considerations. Final footprint placement and pricing will be determined after registration details are reviewed, and approved vendors will be invoiced separately.

  • Booth Setup & Space Requirements

  • To maintain safe pedestrian flow during the event:

    • Vehicles are not permitted within standard vendor booth spaces
    • Vendors must unload and move vehicles to designated vendor parking
    • Vehicles may remain only if they are an approved operational element (such as a food truck)

Vendors must disclose during registration if they will be bringing:

    • Food trucks or trailers
    • Generators
    • Vehicles as part of a booth setup
    • Large demonstration equipment
    • Oversized setups

Oversized or specialized setups must be approved in advance by event organizers. Vendors arriving with equipment that exceeds their registered footprint may not be able to set up.

  • Load-In/Loud-Out, Setup & Booth Placement

  • Vendors will receive detailed setup instructions prior to the event.

    General expectations include:

    • Vendors must arrive during the designated load-in window of approximately 6:00 – 8:45 AM
    • All vendors must be fully loaded in prior to street closures (approximately 9:00 AM)
    • Booths must be fully set up and ready to open by 10:00 AM (vendors are welcome to open earlier)
    • Vehicles must be unloaded promptly and moved to designated vendor parking before pedestrian areas open
    • No early or overnight setup is permitted
    • Vendors must set up only within their assigned booth space
    • Vendors may begin breakdown at their discretion; however, vehicle access for load-out will not be permitted until streets reopen (approximately 5:00 PM)
    • Late arrivals may lose their assigned booth space if event operations require the area to remain clear.

    Booth Placement
Booth placement is determined by event organizers to maintain safe pedestrian flow, accommodate utilities and food vendors, and balance vendor categories throughout the fair. While we do our best to accommodate requests, specific placement locations cannot be guaranteed and may not be modified on-site without staff approval.

  • Event Community Guidelines

  • The Grand Old 4th Street Fair is a community-focused celebration with a diverse audience that includes many families and children.

We ask all participants to help create a welcoming environment.

Street Fair participants are expected to:

Smoking or vaping within booth areas
    Political campaigning

The event producers reserve the right to remove any vendor who does not follow event guidelines or instructions from event officials, Bainbridge Island Police Department, or Bainbridge Island Fire Department.
