What Happens Next
Your application will be reviewed within 5–7 business days.
If approved, you will be emailed an invoice based on your selected
package and dates within 3–5 business days after approval.
Your vendor space is not confirmed until payment is received.
Required documents will be requested after approval (insurance + licensing).
Logistics for your event date(s) — arrival time, parking, layout, etc. — will be emailed 1 week before your first scheduled event.
Important Reminders
Submission does not guarantee placement.
If your selected date(s) are full, you may be placed on the waitlist and notified by email.
Payment is made only after approval — no payments are collected on the application form.
