    The Bees2Honey group invites you to take part in the 2026 Honey Festival.

    Early registration is encouraged as sites are limited. Early registration also maximises the time available for Bees2Honey to promote your business on-line in the lead up to the event.

    All stall holders are encouraged to refer to the 2026 Gidgegannup Small Farm Field Day Prospectus for the full set of Terms and Conditions applicable to exhibitors.

  • BUMP IN / BUMP OUT INFORMATION

    Sites are to be left tidy with all rubbish and waste removed.

    All stalls must be setup and vehicles cleared from the public area by 8:30am on Sunday May 24th.

    Exhibitors may not start packing up their stalls prior to 4.00 pm on May 24th 2026.


    Pack-up must be completed by 6.00 pm May 24th 2026.

    - Public Liability Insurance Certificate of Currency

    Section 3 of the Conditions applying to exhibitors in the Gidgegannup Small Farm Field Day 2026 prospectus states that:

    Exhibitors must have their own public liability insurance for an amount no less than $10 million for any one event, covering against any occurrence attributable to the activities of any persons for whom they are directly responsible and produce a certificate of currency.

    Food and wine exhibitors must also have products liability insurance for no less than $10 million.

  • SITE DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS

    SITES: Sites are 3m x 3m. Two sites can be requested side-by-side to enable a 6m x 3m site price: 

    Powered Sites attract an additional $50 connection fee.

    Sites will be allocated and a plan of the event layout at the Gidgegannup Showgrounds will be forwarded to you in due course.

    Power will be connected to the corner of marquees. All internal power cords are to be provided by you and they must be tested and tagged.

    Note: All electrical items, including brand new items, must be tested and tagged prior to coming onsite. Any items that are not tagged will be rejected.

    All equipment must have been tested and tagged on or no later than 24/05/2026 in order for it to be in-date for the event.
