  • Preparation for the Interview

    We invite all applicants to this role to visit our Wellbeing Garden ahead of deciding when to apply or to help prepare for the interview. Our volunteers host an open session at the Garden on Mondays 1pm until 4pm. Alternatively, feel free to visit anytime that suits you: Place: MindSpace Garden, Uffington Road South Allotments, Stamford PE9 2HDDirections: Head out of Stamford, past Morrisons, take the first RIGHT after Top Lock Meadows.What Three Words Location: Saving.Toward.Fruit
  • Interview Dates: we expect interviews to take place on Thursday the 27th April.

    *This date may be subject to change and will be confirmed via email if you are invited to attend an interview. MindSpace Trustees are volunteers in their role and the majority have full-time jobs alongside their role. We ask for your understanding if adjustments to the interview times and dates need to be made. We will aim to give 7 days notice ahead of the interview.
  • Applicants invited to attend an interview will be asked to prepare and deliver a 10 minute presentation to the panel. The format of the presentation can be decided by the applicant according to their strengths and preference.
