    MindSpace Trustees will review all of the applications that we receive against the job description and personal specification. Applicants that demonstrate their suitability for the role will be invited to interview.
  • Interview Dates: we expect interviews to take place on Friday 23rd September*

    *This date may be subject to change and will be confirmed via email if you are invited to attend an interview. MindSpace Trustees are volunteers in their role and the majority have full-time jobs alongside their role. We ask for your understanding if adjustments to the interview times and dates need to be made. We will aim to give 7 days notice ahead of the interview.
  • Applicants invited to attend an interview will be asked to prepare and deliver a 10 minute presentation to the panel. The format of the presentation can be decided by the applicant according to their strengths and preference. 

    Presentation outline:

    You have been invited to present to the Stamford Rotary Club at their annual general meeting (AGM) where their members will be voting to designate their charity of the year which they will fundraise to support.

    Please deliver a 10 minute presentation which outlines the work of MindSpace and why having mental well-being support in Stamford is so important for the people that live, learn and work in the town.

    Please include your thoughts on:

    - The key partnerships and collaborations MindSpace will seek to establish to reach it’s goal.
    - What the main challenges or barriers that MindSpace faces could be that their support could help the charity to overcome.
