The undersigned, Lot Owner and member of the Highland Perpetual Maintenance Society, INC., hereby constitutes and appoints the President and Vice President of Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery, either one of them acting singly, to be my true and lawful attorney and proxy to vote and act for and in my name, place and stead at the 2026 annual meeting or any subsequent annual meeting of the Society, and vote: (1) For the election of directors; (2) upon such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
