Drop-off GuidelinesAssistance with removal of furniture from personal vehicles is not guaranteed. Beverly Bootstraps Thrift Shop reserves the right to deny assistance based on the weight, size, or any safety risks associated with the item. Donors are strongly encouraged to bring additional help for unloading. If Beverly Bootstraps Thrift Shop staff assists with furniture offloading, Beverly Bootstraps is not liable for damages caused to vehicles as a result of non-negligent removal. We reserve the right to decline any item for any reason, including but not limited to damage, misrepresentation, or inappropriate conduct during the donation process. All item valuations, once donated, are at the sole discretion of Beverly Bootstraps Thrift Shop. Once items are in our possession, they become the property of the organization and cannot be reclaimed, in accordance with applicable state and local laws and regulations.
