To confirm your booking, you would be required to pay a deposit of 500kshs (4USD) within 3 hours of scheduling, else we will have to re-avail your slot.
We do not double book appointments.
Please reschedule session if more than 20 minutes late, failure to which your appointment will be cancelled.
24 hour cancellation notice is required, else you would loose your deposit.
We reccommend filling in our intake assessment sheet prior to your appointment for better service. It will be sent to you upon booking confirmation.

I understand that as a client, I may end the session at any time for any reason.
