  • Market hours: 11am-3pm

    Located at the Lewisburg YMCA, 120 Hardwood Drive, Lewisburg, PA 17837.

    Cost:

    • 10x10' space = $60 
    • 10x10' space with 8' table = $75
    • Vendor's will be asked to donate one item to the Lewisburg YMCA Raffle (value of $15-20). 

    Only handmade and carefully curated vendors will be accepted into the event. We are seeking unique, locally made art and crafts. 

    Vendors are curated to ensure a wide variety of high quality crafts for the shoppers who attend the market. No resale is allowed. No commercial vendors. Vendors who submit work using copyrighted images will not be accepted unless you have proof of licensing. 

    As of 1/21/26 we are not accepting additional jewelry vendors. You may still submit your information below to be added to the waitlist and to be notified about future events. 

    Booth guidelines:

    • Displays must be professional and only offer the products reviewed in your application. 
    • All storage boxes must be hidden from view during the event. 
    • Floor length table covers are recommended. 
    • You must stay within your assigned 10'x10' space.
    • You may not use another vendors space to enter/exit your booth (you must allow space within your own booth). 
    • Electricity is not provided (special exceptions may be made on request). 
    • Booths must be set up by 10:30am (setup begins at 8:30am). 
    • Vendor's are not permitted to break down their booth earlier than 3pm.
    • No refunds for cancellations after March 22, 2026.

    Due to the nature of the event/venue we will not accept vendors selling CBD products or alcohol.

  • Include a booth photo for jurying. If you do not have a booth photo from a previous event you can mock up a display in your home. Vendors will not be considered without a booth photo. This is to ensure the professionalism of your display.

  • If accepted, you will be notified within two weeks of submitting your information. If accepted, you will be sent a link to pay for your booth. Spaces are not guarenteed until booth payment is submitted. All payments are processed directly by the Lewisburg YMCA.
