Breeder reserves the right to use any male sold for breeding on bitches owned, coowned or leased by them. Breeder also reserves the right to collect and store semen on any male sold. Breeder assumes all costs of either of these options and retains all ownership and rights of stored semen or puppies produced by the stud service and owner agrees to sign all necessary paperwork as requested.

If you are hoping for a conformation show prospect, have you ever personally shown a dog to complete the champion title in AKC?

Are you willing to send your puppy with a professional handler to obtain its championship? Puppies sold to homes wanting to show in AKC conformation are expected to actually show their puppy. If an owner is unable or unwilling to show their puppy, a handler is required. Professional handler referrals are available and the cost of the buyer.

Our puppies are in Floyds Knobs, Indiana. The closest airport is in Louisville, Kentucky. How will your puppy join your family?

I will travel to you for pickup
I will need to meet someone at my closest airport. I understand the cost of the flight plus a flight nanny fee is my responsibility. Our current flight nanny charges $500 per day in addition to the airline fees. Most airlines add up to $150 to the ticket price to add a puppy in cabin. We don’t set these fees.
I want to use ground transportation if possible. I understand the cost of transportation is my responsibility.
I will fly to Louisville, Kentucky and meet you at the airport. I understand any additional costs on my ticket to add a puppy and the cost of the travel bag are my responsibility.
I understand that if I can't keep my Beauceron for ANY reason I am obligated to reach out to the breeder and will assist with the return to the breeder. This means I will never send my dog to a shelter or a rescue. I understand I will not be due any refund when I return the dog. Any monies given back to me from the breeder if the dog is rehomed is at their discretion and will exclude any fees for paperwork transfer, medical care, travel expenses or costs incurred for training or rehabilitation.

The base cost of a registered Beauceron puppy is $2500 for a companion. (Good Dog referrals / payment through Good Dog are about 12% higher ). Breeding prospects requested with no coownership from day 1 are $3750. There is no difference in cost for limited or full registration or for sole or coownership on prospects that start with coownership which will be removed once the puppy obtains a Championship and the OFA CHIC health testing number with passing results. The ear crop procedure adds $450 to the cost of the puppy. Older puppies with additional testing, training or show experience (with or without points) may have a different cost which will be an addendum to this agreement.

A deposit of $750 is required to reserve a puppy and is payable once a litter is born. We will only return the deposit if we do not have a puppy available for you. The remaining balance is due before the ear crop appointment. Any payment method must clear before puppy is released. How will you pay the deposit and final payment?

Payment plan options are available through the GoodDog platform but the cost of the puppy is higher to offset fees collected by Good Dog. Do you want to use Good Dog for the payment plan option knowing the puppy price is approximately 10-15% higher?

The puppy has a health guarantee which covers hereditary conditions of the eye causing vision loss, canine hip dysplasia if not attributed to physical stress or body condition, and hereditary heart conditions. The health guarantee is void if the puppy is fed a nonpremium food or a grain free diet. The health guarantee is also void if the puppy is bred before 24 months old, bred without completing health testing, spayed or neutered before 24 months old, or kept overweight, underweight or overworked for age. OFA health testing required is dentition after all teeth have erupted, OFA hips before 28 months old and OFA Advanced Cardiac after 12 months old but before 28 months old and an eye exam after 24 months old for the CHIC requirements. If puppy fails any of the above testing and buyer wants a replacement puppy, the original puppy must be spayed or neutered. No cash refund will be given.
