Important Notes – Rising Stars League

The Rising Stars League will run from June 30 – August 8 and is designed to showcase some of the most talented young basketball players in Citrus County through competitive games, player development, and recognition.

-Players will be assigned to a team and coached by a volunteer coach.
-Each team will have a 30-minute practice immediately before their scheduled game in the same gym.
-Teams will play on either Tuesday or Thursday evenings based on the league schedule.
-Coaches will select a Spotlight Player of the Week from their team each week.
-The top 24 Spotlight Players from throughout the season will be invited to participate in the Rising Stars All-Star Game, held on the final Saturday of the league.
-Games will be officiated by BLA coaches and experienced high school basketball players.

-The week of July 27th will be a bye week for ALL teams.
