I hereby agree in partnership, to send Black Femme Beauty sample sizes of same products, 6 month basis, and give my permission for Black Femme Beauty to publish photos of my products, record, film,photograph, audiotape or videotape (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Works”) and to display, publish or distribute these Works for the purpose of publishing, posting on the Black Femme Beauty website and posting on social media sites. I hereby agree to submit approved photos, by me, to Black Femme Beauty to be added to the website and social media sites. I hereby agree to be interviewed for highlight spots on website and social media sites. I hereby waive any right to any royalties related to the use of these Works. I understand that the Works may appear in electronic form on the internet or in other publications outside of the Black Femme Beauty’s control. I agree that I will not hold the Black Femme Beauty responsible for any harm that may arise from such unauthorized reproduction. I agree to provide the amount of sample products for the determined amount of boxes I signed up for, and honor the discount listed above for subscriber purchases only who use the precise discount code.
