Camp Selection

The camp will run from the 26th-31st December 2025 at Pattana Sports Resort, Chonburi, Thailand. The location is around 1 hour from Suvarnabhumi Airport. The camp fee below is will cover only the training camp fee, with lunch provided on training days. Accommodation and private lessons can be reserved separately. Like previous camps, camp spots are limited, and priority will be given to fencers who are doing full camp. A minimum of 40% unrefundable deposit is required to secure your place at the camp. a 5% surcharge applies if payment by credit card/alipay is requested.

Private Lesson Reservation

Private Lessons can be requested through this portal. This will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. All private lessons are not confirmed until the closer to the end of the camp. Schedule will be provided during the camp. Lessons are around 20 minutes long, with fencers having to warm-up on their own and be ready for the coach by the mentioned start-time. Lesson fees are payable directly to the coach, and strictly in cash. Thank you

Shared Accommodation Option (fill this section if you would like the full-boarding option with camp participants)

If you would like to go full-board, kindly fill up this section. The organizer will find you a room-mate for the camp, pairing will be based on gender/age. If you have a friend you would like to share with, please fill in his/her name below. Fencers will be placed in twin/triple shared rooms in The Mansion wing of the hotel. All 3 meals will be catered for, and fencers are asked to reserve their meals in this form. The standard full board for the full camp is check-in on the 25th/26th December, checking out on the 31st/1st January. Dinners will be provided for the corresponding number of nights of hotel reservation. Kindly select one option from the days below. Dinner will only be available from the 26th December to the 31st December. Any deviation from the standard days may incur additional costs which will be advised separately. Full board for 6 nights is THB7800. Full board for one night is THB1,400, these are subject to availability.
