The following classes and trainings are currently being offered by Blanton Arms.
Essential Firearm Training: For students who are not interested in hunting but would like to receive a well-rounded understanding of gun functionality and safe handling. Class covers all popular styles of firearms and involves handling and manipulating them. Students will also have the opportunity to live fire various styles of firearms, if they would like (but it is not mandatory).
ND Hunter's Education Class: This class will cover the North Dakota Game & Fish Hunter's Education course, and upon taking and passing the class, the student will be officially licensed with the North Dakota Game and Fish in Hunter safety. You must be turning 11 in the calendar year of taking the class.
ND Concealed Weapons License Class: 8-hour course that covers all of the necessary material for Class 1 North Dakota Concealed Weapon License applications. The first session (4 hrs) will cover the ND BCI-mandated information. Second Session will cover live fire practice and official qualification. Students should bring at least 100 rounds of ammunition. This course also offers fingerprinting and pictures (at an additional cost) to assist with the application process. For students interested in Class 2 CWL, only the first session is necessary.
One on One Coaching: This class is a one on one coaching session to work on any of the shotguns sports (5 Stand/Sporting Clays/Trap/Skeet) and go into detail on move and mount, understanding the flight of the clays, the mental aspect, as well as the functionality of your shotgun. Session can also cover one one-on-one training with rifles or handguns.
Private Group Training: If you are interested in getting a small group together for training in a smaller setting. This class can cover all the areas that are listed in a one-on-one coaching session, but is for more than one student/participant. Minimum of 5 participants.
