    Vendor Fees:

    • Fees will range from $300 - $500 depending on selected booth location, electrical needs, and business category.

    • Booth fees will be finalized shortly and shared with vendors upon acceptance.

    • All vendors will receive the following: 
      • 10x10 pipe and drape professional booth. 
      • logo and link on the event website
      • mention in national press releases
      • dedicated social post across mulitple platforms
      • 4 free admission passes friends or family
    • A portion of all vendor fees will be donated to Feed Colorado food banks. 

    Booth Presentation & Layout:

    • All exhibitors are expected to present a professional, polished, and visually appealing display that reflects the high-end nature of the Sweet & Savory Artisan Food Expo. Booths should be clean, organized, and thoughtfully branded to enhance the overall guest experience.
    • Booths should be designed with an open floor plan to create an inviting retail experence and encouraging maximum consumer engagement and sales potential.

    Sampling:

    • Sampling is encouraged from all vendors, as the best method to boost sales and engage potential customers.
    • The Expo is promoted as marketplace for shopping directly from culinary artists, with sampling available to discover new artisans.

  • By submitting this vendor application you agree to the following terms: 

    • Unless alternate arrangements are made, upon acceptance you agree to submit registration, permits, paperwork, and payments by the stated due dates. Failure to meet these deadlines may result in your acceptance being revoked. 
    • Unless alternate arrangements are made, you agree to secure insurance coverage as may be required by the event, the event producing organization, and/or the venue.
    • You agree to submit final payment no later than the stated due date. Failure to submit final payments may result in a cancellation of your registration without a refund. 
    • You agree to honor the terms of the vendor agreement including, but not limited to the following terms:
      • No refunds are offered for cancellations less than 8 weeks prior to an event. 
      • Neither the event manager or producing organization can be held responsible, nor are refunds provided, for event closures or cancellations in whole or in part due to forces outside of the control of the event manager or producing organization.
