The booking process for this experience is considered complete upon confirmation of the date requested along with full payment by the client. Payment may be made through direct deposit or paypal. For cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the shoot day, a refund less 25% of the booking fee will be made. A credit of the deposit will be granted to be used for a different date within six (6) months of the initial date. The dress will be provided to the client ready for use, meaning it will be cleaned and ironed. In the event that the dress suffers any breakage or rupture, is stained with oil paint or any similar substance that cannot be removed, the renter will be responsible for ALL damages. This is includes food or substances that require special laundry services for removal, i.e grease, cake, wine, water-based paint, etc. There is to be no food eaten or thrown during session. There is to be no popping of champagne in your dresses, these substances can stain the dress and ruin its satin material.
Blue Runway Bahamas shall not be resposible for any losses or damage to items left at photoshoot sites. It is imperative that the client gathers all of there belongings upon departure from photoshoot site. We provide a bin to place your cellphones or any valuable items in if you require.
Please hydrate prior to your shoot, we are in a warm tropical climate, in summer it can get up to 100F. Blue Runway is not responsible for any heat or sun damage or heat exhaustion. Water is provided at all Blue Runway Shoots.
Your images will only be kept in your online gallery for the duration of 30 days after they have been fully edited. After the 30 days you will be charged a storage if your album is not downloaded in full.
