New for 2026: All Vendors selling goods, and all Food Vendors are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance with a minimum of $2 million in general liability. With the CORPERATION of the CITY OF BRANTFORD (58 Dalhousie St. P.O. Box 818, Brantford ON N3T 2J2) as additional insured

Here is an option for One Day Vendors Insurance. (I personally use PAL and have no experience with the others, they are ones I found online to try and help with options) Depending on your product that you sell I believe the average for a day (with PAL) is about $20.00.

Indoor Vending is $80.00 for the day.

Each space is approximately 10' X 10' and come with one (1) 8' table and two (2) chairs.

Outdoor Vending is $70.00 for the day.

If vending outdoors you will need to supply your own table, chairs, and tent.

Note: We have the right to remove any products/services that are not listed on this form.

There will be a limit of four (4) vendors of similar products. Spaces are allocated on a First Pay / First Come basis, and your main "product" is the category you will be placed in to.

If you wish to do setup or drop of items on the Friday night, there is a 3 Hour window that the hall be will accesible for. If you have further questions about this please select the option and I will be in touch.
