  • 2026 Community Health & Wellness - Indigenous Leadership Program

  • Welcome to the Bridge Project, a workforce development project for indigenous youth. Please take a moment to read the information below:

    • The program is offered to First Nations, Metis, and Inuit youth and young adults aged 18 to 34 living in Ontario, who are under- employed or unemployed.
    • The Bridge to Employment Programs are compensated through training allowance (240 hours). The hourly wage is the current minimum wage in Ontario.
    • The program requires active participation and on-camera attendance.

    Participants must provide  the follow documents to confirm their enrollment:

    • Copy of the government-issued SIN Confirmation Letter or SIN Card.
    • Copy of a government-issued ID (Indian Status Card, Driver's License, or provincial photo ID cards are acceptable forms of identity verification).

    Program Details

    Start Date:January 19 to March 13, 2026

    Format: 8-week online program

    Schedule: Monday to Thursday 9:00 AM  to 3:00PM (EST)  Synchronous Sessions

    Friday Self-directed Work
