Welcome to the Bridge Project, a workforce development project for indigenous youth. Please take a moment to read the information below:
- The program is offered to First Nations, Metis, and Inuit youth and young adults aged 18 to 34 living in Ontario who are underemployed or unemployed.
- The Bridge to Employment Programs are compensated through a training allowance (240 hours). The hourly wage is the current minimum wage in Ontario.
- The program requires active participation and/or on-camera attendance.
Participants must provide the following documents to confirm their enrollment:
- Copy of the government-issued SIN Confirmation Letter or SIN Card.
- Copy of a government-issued ID (Indian Status Card, Driver's License, or provincial photo ID cards are acceptable forms of identity verification).
- Copy of a Cheque Void or Direct Deposit Form issued by the Bank.
Program Details
Start Date: June 29 to August 21, 2026
Format: 8-week (in-person program)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (EDT)

This program is open to Indigenous youth (18–34 years old) who are currently unemployed and reside in Southwestern Ontario.
