CLASS DESCRPTIONS
- Dance Fitness = Fitness through form of dance movements
- Hip Hop = Dance class
- HITT = High Intensity Interval Training
- ABT = Work out for the Abs, Glutes and Thighs
- Pilates = Low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility
- Yoga = Yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body
The cost of the Program is $7 per person which includes GST.
