I am looking for guidance on how to best nourish myself before/during pregnancy, labour & postpartum and I want to learn what foods will best support me through this journey.I am confused with some of the medical interventions that are being offered. I want to know more about them and how to avoid it if possible.I am wanting more 1:1 support and someone to bounce my concerns off of.I am confused with all the information out there about pregnancy & birth and would like some help breaking it all down.I am having some negative pregnancy symptoms (morning sickness, anxiety, high blood sugars, etc) and am looking for some support through this.
