    BASC teams in all leagues except OPC should use this form to reschedule their games at ISSC.

  • NOTES for New Form:

    • Try to get a calendar that gives options for Morning, Afternoon & evening to try and eliminate confusion
    • Possibly have them choose their day and then in the next box have them choose Morning, afternoon or evening and eliminate the times options/appointment calendar all together. 
    • Add coach mobile numbers to form
    • Create options for them to choose why they are rescheduling for market research.

    Current Details of the game you want to reschedule.

  • If your game date is not an option below it means that it is not a free reschedule. At this time, you will need to choose a random date and time in the calendar below and then put the Actual date and time in the Notes section. During checkout, you will need to pay the fee associatied with the timing of your reschedule. If you have questions, please email games@basoccer.club.

    Compete in the Heat Summer Soccer Series League Games can only be rescheduled on Mondays, Tuesdays or Thursdays from June 10th - July 24th.

    FALL SEASON

    August 30, 2025 - Labor Day Kick-Off Classic Friendlies
    October 23-26, 2025 - Competitive Tournament
    November 13-16, 2025 - BASC Fall Classic
     

    SPRING SEASON

    April 5, 2026 - Easter Sunday
    May 14-17, 2026 - Tornado Alley Spring Classic

     

  • NOTES:

    League Games cannot be rescheduled at ISSC on the date below for the Summer 2024 season.

    • July 4, 2024

  • Reschedule Requests will not be reviewed or processed the week of June 15-24. If you need to reschedule a game scheduled during this time, your request must be received by noon on Friday, June 14th to be reviewed and processed. 

    Normal Rescheduling will resume on Monday, June 24th.

  • Reschedule requests submitted from June 23 - July 4th may take a little longer to be processed. Please be patient during this time. 

    Normal Rescheduling will resume on Monday, July 7th.

     

  • Reschedule Option #1

  • The options for times have changed. The blue text below are the options that are now available. If you are requesting a Saturday time, you will need to also choose either Morning, Afternoon or Evening. Weeknight and Sunday will not have additional options.

     

    Weeknight (Monday - Friday)

    Kickoff will be at either 6pm or 7:30pm

     

    Saturday

    Morning // Kickoff will be between 9am and 12pm

    Afternoon // Kickoff will be between 1pm and 4pm

    Evening // Kickoff will be between 5pm - 7pm

     

    Sunday

    Kickoff will be between 2pm and 6pm

    You may list a specific time you want in the notes section. The scheduler will accommodate the exact time when available, but reserves the right to schedule anytime during the time frame selected.

  • Summer League Game Time Frame

    6:30pm = Weeknight Game (6:30pm or 7:45pm)

     

    You will only be able to choose a timeframe, not an exact time for your game. You may list a specific time you want in the notes section. The scheduler will accommodate the exact time when available but reserves the right to schedule anytime during the time frame selected based on field and referee availability.

    13 days or more prior to scheduled and requested game date         (Most games will fall in this catagory)

    • Select 13 Days Prior Reschedule Fee
    • Scroll to the bottom of the form and select PayPal Checkout
    • A Thank You page will come up, indicating the request has been submitted.

     

    Weather Reschedule - 7+ days or more prior to new game date (ONLY games that were not played due to weather and cancelled by the club)

    • Select Weather Reschedule - 7+ days prior Reschedule Fee
    • Scroll to the bottom of the form and select PayPal Checkout
    • A Thank You page will come up, indicating the request has been submitted.

     

    All Other Reschedules

    • Choose the Arrow to the right of your Reschedule Catagory
    • Choose the appropriate payment option
    • Scroll down to choose your Checkout Option (The checkout page will open in a new tab)
    • Log in through PayPal or enter your payment information
    • Select Continue to proceed with submission
