Due to the manual process to transact refunds in the system, the club is requesting your patience. This could require nearly 2,000 individual transactions. Due to the sheer volume and limited staff, we commit to having all refunds processed between June 1st through June 30th. The staff will communicate as we move through the refunds, so please do not email or call the club regarding refunds before June 30th.
Additionally, refunds will be processed by age group and gender; therefore, if you have multiple children playing, your refunds may not all happen on the same day or even in the same week.
