Services: Breath Liberation Society will provide 200 hours of instruction through biweekly training calls, and include access to the following online content: recorded lectures, and guided Breathwork meditations for 14 months following the date of this contract.
Client agrees to pay for such services according to the terms of this Agreement.
TERMS
Personal Responsibility
The course is 100% virtual, including training sessions, recorded lectures, and virtual practice teaching. The in-person training weekends are optional and include a "show up" fee in addition to course tuition, unless otherwise noted. I acknowledge that I have the necessary technology and internet access to complete the course.
The objective of this course is educational. This course is not a substitute for the advice of medical professionals.
The materials covered in this course will possibly invoke intense emotional or physical responses, deep reflection, and or stress responses. By signing up for this course, you accept a commitment to be your own healer, practice healthy coping mechanisms, and research and seek outside support if necessary. Chauna Bryant, Breath Liberation Society, Guest Lecturers, and Apiary members are not responsible for any distress that participation may create.
Health and Fitness
The following health conditions can be contraindications for Breathwork:
- First trimester of pregnancy or high-risk pregnancy
- Epilepsy
- Retinal Detachment
- Glaucoma, if not controlled by medicine
- High Blood pressure if not controlled by medicine
- Cardiovascular disease, if not controlled by medicine
- Strokes and neurological conditions
- Severe Osteoporosis
- Bipolar, Schizophrenia, and Psychiatric Conditions - proceed with caution and under medical supervision
Privacy Material Ownership
All materials created for this course are not to be copied. Breath Liberation Society’s program is copyrighted, and original materials provided to the Client are for the Client’s individual use only and a single-user license. Client is not authorized to use any of the Breath Liberation Society’s intellectual property for the client’s business purposes. All intellectual property, including Breath Liberation Society’s copyrighted program and or course materials, shall remain the sole property of the company. No license to sell or distribute Breath Liberation Society’s materials is granted or implied. By purchasing this product, the client agrees 1) not to infringe on any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights. 2) that any confidential information shared by Breath Liberation Society is confidential and proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the company 3) Client agrees not to disclose such information to any other person or use it in any manner other than in discussion with the Breath Liberation Society. Further, by purchasing this product, the client agrees that if the client violates or displays any likelihood of violating any of the client's agreements contained in this paragraph, Breath Liberation Society will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations and to protect against the harm of such violations.
Attendance Policy
Attendance:
The training must be completed within 14 months. Students must attend six live training sessions to complete the training.
Tardiness and leaving early:
In order to receive credit for attending the day, you must arrive on time and stay present for the full duration of the day. There will be times when you have to arrive late or leave early, and you are allotted two 10-minute grace periods over the course of the training.

Training Completion
To receive the formal letter of certification, you must complete all homework assignments, view all of the required lectures, and teaching hours.
Program Extension Policy: Participants who do not complete the program in 14 months will incur a $200 USD monthly charge until program completion or withdrawal, whichever comes first. The monthly charge will not be prorated.
Refund Policy
Refunds of the amount paid minus a $150 processing fee will be granted 24 hours after the payment and teaching materials are received. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to hello@breathliberationsociety.com. After there are NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS of any kind.
I have thoroughly read and understood the document and will follow the procedure, instructions, rules, and guidelines as set forth in the document.
Payment Plan
For the best experience, please be sure your payments are made on time. Your account will be directly debited each month. Please ensure the amount needed for your tuition payment is available. If the client's payment is more than 7 days late, Breath Liberation Society has the right to deactivate access to the online training materials, training calls, in-person events, and weekend training intensives. If the client's payment is more than 7 days late, a late fee of 10% will be applied for each week the payment is overdue. Meaning if the payment is 14 days late, the late fee will be 20%, and so on.
