The Process & Coaching Approach:

My coaching is a unique blend. Kind of like integrated therapy where we mix a bunch of modalities, healing processes, inner healing work & psychotherapy techniques into ONE combined approach. We do lots of shadow work, ego work, trigger work,inner child healing and re-parenting, trauma work, emotional neglect work, work through lifelong eating and body image struggles, money mindset work, somatic body work, subconscious re-programming, tools & strategies to improve life.
