2026 Non-Resident Membership Enrollment Form

Thank you for your interest in membership at Buck Hill Falls! We are pleased to share that 2025 was a successful year for our community, and we look forward to continuing that momentum in 2026.

Non-Resident Members may choose from three membership types—Individual, Couple, or Family—each designed to provide flexible access and the opportunity to fully enjoy our community. Membership benefits include access to the Community Pool, Racquet Sports, Golf Course, dining amenities, countless scenic trails, and a full calendar of social events held throughout the year.

Couple	$5,850	Two Adults (residing in the same home)
Family	$7,175	Two Adults & their children/grandchildren (age 26 or younger)

Please note that certain amenities are not included in the annual Non-Resident membership rate. These include Camp Club enrollment, private lessons or instruction for any amenity, golf cart rentals, golf bag storage, pool locker rentals, Pennsylvania fishing licenses, guest fees, and other miscellaneous charges.

It is important to note that new Non-Resident members require sponsorship by a current Buck Hill Falls Cottager and are subject to a $1,000 initiation fee. Returning Non-Resident members do not need a sponsor, and the initiation fee is waived. Please note that all Buck Hill Fall memberships include automatic re-enrollment for following seasons/years unless you resign (in writing) prior to April 1, 2027.

Non-Resident Membership Enrollment
To become a Non-Resident Member at Buck Hill Falls, the following application must be completed. Once you submit your application, a member of our team will contact you to discuss the next steps.

Once you're enrolled and any/all charges related to your membership are remitted, your membership will begin April 1, 2026, and will encompass a full 12 months through March 31, 2027.

This Account is used for the purchase of Buck Hill Falls Company sporting fees, merchandise, food, and services.
